This course is specifically designed for owners and operations managers in relation to risk management in the operation of Adventure Parks. Whether they are new to the subject or in the midst of its development, this course aims to provide fundamental knowledge on the relationship and basic components of risk management aligned with the operation. Participants will learn about International Standards (ACCT, ASTM, etc.), the components, best practices, and strategies to identify, assess, document, and control risks associated with the operation of Adventure Elements and high-risk activities.

Objectives

1. Owners/operations managers will learn about risk management, its relationship to operations, and why it is necessary to use such practices.


2. Owners/operations managers will become familiar with all the components of risk management that, according to international standards, are part of the operation of an adventure park.


3. Owners/operations managers will be able to position themselves and conduct a preliminary evaluation of the current situation in their respective parks compared to what is established by operational standards and industry practices.

MONDAY

8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

 

TUESDAY

8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (If you decide to combine this course with the ACCT Inspector Certification Program, we will have a repetition of the Tuesday ACCT session scheduled for Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
