The Professional Training for Challenge Course Inspectors is a bootcamp like program designed by the Alliance to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct safe and effective inspections in compliance with the current standard of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). This course focuses on key topics, procedures, inspection tools and techniques, as well as the evaluation of special elements such as zip lines, climbing towers, leap of faith, and high elements.

Objectives

1. Understand the inspection process from the perspective of the ACCT Standard.

 

2. Learn inspection and evaluation techniques according to ACCT standards.

 

3. Gain knowledge of how to conduct general inspections in Challenge Courses.

 

4. Actively practice with some inspection processes.
