This course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to perform thorough and effective inspections of PPE used in Adventure Courses. This is essential training for personnel responsible for inspecting and ensuring the safety of PPE. They will learn to inspect helmets, harnesses, safety lanyard, carabiners, ropes, among others, following the PETZL Inspection Protocol. Additionally, they will learn how to document inspections, generate reports, and manage the equipment room of the Course. Finally, they will gain essential knowledge to ensure exciting and safe experiences for visitors.

Objectives

1. Learn to competently examine height safety PPE using the Petzl protocol and create an effective PPE management system.


2. Learn inspection and evaluation techniques for Adventure Courses (Challenge Course)


3. Gain an understanding of the importance of inspection programs, documentation, maintenance, and storage.
