DESCRIPTION

Specialized technical program designed for adventure park personnel responsible for arboriculture operations, tree pruning, tree access, platform maintenance, zip line cleaning and maintenance, and work at height in natural environments. The program integrates modern arboriculture techniques, rope access methods, tree climbing and movement systems, the safe use of cutting tools, and rigging systems applied to adventure park operations.


The training incorporates technical and operational principles aligned with international arboriculture safety standards, including ANSI Z133, as well as best practices related to tree protection, worker safety, and the preservation of park infrastructure.

OBJETIVES


  • Understand the fundamental principles of arboriculture applied to adventure parks.

  • Perform basic tree safety and structural health assessments.

  • Apply safe tree access and movement techniques.

  • Properly use specialized arboriculture equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Execute basic pruning techniques and safely operate cutting tools at height.

  • Implement rigging systems for the controlled handling of branches and materials.

  • Apply infrastructure protection procedures within adventure parks.

  • Integrate operational practices aligned with ANSI Z133 standards and manufacturer recommendations.
